After being in the radio and communications business for many years, I decided to devote the next part of my life to my first passion, real estate. It has now been 15 years since I joined Royal Lepage Groupe Newton and I am proud to be part of the Newton Family team, totaling more than 10 decades of real estate experience. Some might know me as Dale Newton’s partner.
When you are in the real estate business, be it in NDG or elsewhere in the greater Montreal area you develop good, sometimes even close relationships with your clients. All those who buy or sell their properties sometimes face difficult moments, frustrations, disappointments, and even have many doubts and fears over buying or selling their homes. When I share these moments with my clients, I can’t avoid but feeling concerned for them because I understand firsthand how the real estate system works and see how it’s affecting them.
It goes without saying that every seller has the same goal: Get the best price for their property in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of hassles. And every buyer has the exact opposite goal: find the best home, in the best location at the lowest price.
